SummaryAs Head of Quality EMEA, you will lead and develop a high-performing regional team, embedding a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement across all operations. In this pivotal role, you’ll translate global quality objectives into measurable regional impact, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration throughout Belimo’s EMEA organization.What You'll DoLead and empower the EMEA Quality organization, fostering accountability and a culture of excellence across sites and functions, while leading and developing a strong regional team.Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the integrated Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.Ensure full compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.Oversee quality assurance at local sites, conduct audits, and mentor regional Quality Managers, SQEs, and related roles.Advise regional leadership on quality performance, improvement opportunities, and regulatory topics.Define and deploy the EMEA Quality strategy, translating global objectives into actionable programs.Lead cross-functional projects to optimize business processes and accelerate operational improvements.Support sustainability and HSE initiatives across EMEA sites and subsidiaries.Who You AreDegree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field; ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification required (ISO 14001/45001 a plus).Proven leadership experience (including direct reports) in quality management and advanced quality planning for mechanical or electrical industries within a global or multinational environment - broader than Europe.Strong background in business process optimization, continuous improvement, and change management.Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels and cultures.Confident in leading direct and dotted-line teams; able to inspire, develop, and align people.Fluent in English; German or other languages are an advantage.Willingness to travel up to 30%, primarily across EuropeWho We AreAt Belimo, we take pride in making our company a rewarding place to work.
