Coordinar auditorías, planes de control y acciones correctivas para garantizar la competitividad global.🛠️ Responsabilidades Clave Monitorear KPIs, satisfacción del cliente y gestión de quejas. Coordinar auditorías internas y externas (IATF, CQI17). Implementar herramientas estadísticas y metodologías de mejora continua (Lean, Six Sigma). Gestionar planes de control y documentación de calidad. Liderar equipos en la solución de problemas y acciones correctivas. Asegurar el cumplimiento del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad HELLA. Colaborar con clientes internos y externos (GM y plantas HELLA). Coordinate internal and external audits (IATF, CQI17). Implement statistical tools and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma). Manage control plans and quality documentation. Lead teams in problem-solving and corrective actions. Ensure compliance with HELLA Quality Management System. Collaborate with internal and external customers (GM & HELLA plants). Your Qualifications✅ Perfil Ideal Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería o campo relacionado. Más de 5 años de experiencia en calidad, producción en serie y proyectos de nuevos productos. Inglés avanzado. Certificaciones deseables: IATF, CQI17, Green Belt/Black Belt. Conocimiento en herramientas estadísticas, análisis de riesgos y metodologías de mejora.
