Head of Quality

Peopool Executive is seeking a Head of Quality for our global client in Tekirdağ. This strategic leadership role will ensure full compliance with regulations & standards while managing cross-functional quality and project teams, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all quality processes.Key Responsibilities:Implement corporate quality strategies within relevant departmentsServe as the key contact for all matters related to aviation law and quality standardsManage and lead cross-functional teams in a structured and performance-driven wayDevelop, update, and implement the Quality Management Manual (QMM)Oversee audits, quality control processes, and regulatory complianceHandle supplier assessments, customer complaints, and incoming goods inspectionsCollaborate with leadership on training, incentive programs, and KPI monitoringEnsure accurate test specifications, process documentation, and calibration activitiesDrive corrective/preventive actions and crisis response planningLead initiatives that enhance quality awareness and process efficiencyYour Qualifications:Extensive knowledge of AS9100, EASA Part 21-G (NADCAP is a plus)Strong experience in quality audits, KPI tracking, and continuous improvementFluent in English; both written and spokenProficient in ERP systems and operational toolsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsPreferably certified as an AS9100 Lead AuditorAbility to manage high-pressure situations and prioritize effectivelyA minimum of 10 years of professional experience in quality management or related fieldsBachelor’s degree in Engineering is required
