Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Real Estate Management to oversee the operations, maintenance, and optimization of a major media and broadcast campus. This role requires someone who has successfully managed media or broadcast facility environments, ensuring world-class service delivery across complex technical, commercial, and creative spaces.About the RoleAs Head of Real Estate Management, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of multiple media and corporate facilities, ensuring seamless functionality, operational efficiency, and compliance with regional regulations. You’ll drive continuous improvement across property and facilities management, oversee space planning and fit-outs for studios and office areas, and ensure all building systems meet the highest standards of safety and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the operations, maintenance, and performance of all building systems and services across media and corporate spaces.Lead and support fit-outs and refurbishments of broadcast studios, production suites, and office environments in line with master planning.Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.Plan and oversee essential services including reception, security, maintenance, mail, and waste management.Conduct regular property inspections and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.Oversee budgets, monitor financial performance, and report on key metrics such as occupancy, revenue, and operational costs.Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary facilities and property management team.Drive operational excellence through data-driven reporting, KPI tracking, and process improvement initiatives.What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 6 years’ experience in real estate or facilities management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within media or broadcast environments.Proven experience managing technical media facilities or studio infrastructure.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence at senior levels.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Professionalism, integrity, and flexibility under pressure.Why JoinYou’ll play a key role in shaping a dynamic, world-class media environment — ensuring our facilities support innovation, creativity, and operational excellence.
