What person are we looking forBachelor's degree from Food TechnologyAt least 5 years experience as a R&D Manager from Seafood manufacturing companyMust be experienced in R&D of Surimi or Seafood ProductKnowledgeable in food ingredients and its functionUnderstanding on good manufacturing practices and food safety practices (FSSC/BRC)Proficient at Food Product FormulationGood Leadership and management skills, able to communicate well with colleagues, presentation skills, and a strong sense of creativityPlacement in Kendal, Central JavaWhat's will you doDevelop new formulations and provide recommendations to improve or customize formulas, processes, or analytical methods respective to the formulaPlanning, execute and implementing the development of new product/process, product/process improvements, and cost savings ideasMaintain and evaluate product quality standardsMaintain adherence to all regulatory requirements (BPOM, BRC, Customer Audits)
