Join Our APAC Regional Team as Head of Retail Operations, Asia Pacific (APAC)!Are you a dynamic retail leader ready to take on a pivotal role across a diverse and fast-growing region? We’re looking for a Head of Retail Operations, Asia Pacific to lead sales growth and drive operational excellence within one of the world’s most fun and innovative retail brands.As the Head of Retail Operations, APAC, you will ensure the profitable performance and compliance of our franchise stores. You’ll lead regional retail operations, optimize store openings, drive key KPIs, and partner closely with franchisees and internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences across multiple countries.You will also serve as a crucial link between our global headquarters in Denmark and our franchise partners throughout the Asia Pacific region.You will work from our regional office in Singapore and report to our Regional Director, APAC.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse KPIs including sales, footfall, conversion, ABV, and ABQ to identify trends and opportunitiesCreate and lead data-driven action plans to address underperformance and drive growthCollaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Store Ops teamsOperational Excellence, lead store operations strategy aligned with sales and expansion goalsEnsure consistent execution of our Easy Store operating modelCoach, mentor, and train franchisees to improve team capabilities and store performanceConduct regular business reviews with franchisees to ensure KPI progress and profitabilityBuild strong relationships and foster a collaborative, performance-driven cultureAlign with global HQ and local franchisees, sharing best practices and addressing feedbackReport regularly to the Regional Director on operations, performance, and partner needsWhat You BringExperience in retail management or store operations at a regional/area levelDeep knowledge of retail KPIs, store execution, and franchise operationsStrong financial acumen with P&L, cost control, and revenue optimizationProven ability to lead across cultures and geographiesStrong adaptability to change and evolving business needsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)You AreIndependent yet collaborative, analytical and practical, professional and approachable and open to frequent travel across APACWe areWe’re not just a retail brand—we inspire creativity, fun, and connection.
