ABOUT THE JOBDanelec has recently become part of GTT’s Digital division, strengthening a portfolio that now supports more than 17,000 vessels worldwide with cutting-edge solutions for performance, safety, and decarbonization.This integration with GTT, Ascenz Marorka, and Vessel Performance Solutions makes us one of the strongest players in the global maritime digitalization landscape.We specialize in developing cutting-edge technology to empower ship owners and operators to optimize their operations, improve efficiency, and maximize profitability via data-driven insights within ship performance and voyage optimization – combined with a strong focus on high frequency data.The position is based in Copenhagen (Denmark).YOUR KEY RESPOSIBILITIES Own and maintain all CRM data with precision, consistency and ensuring one commercial source of truth: deals, forecasts, MRR/ARR, dashboards, etc.Design, implement and refine end-to-end workflows from lead → quote → contract → invoicein cross-functional collaborationBuild scalable data models: product catalogues, pricing engines, approval workflows, upsell/renewal motionsWork cross-functionally across the GTM team (sales, marketing, and product) to define and execute growth initiativesLead commercial reporting: ARR, churn, LTV, forecast accuracy, and revenue healthDesign commercial and revenue reporting, dashboards, and KPIs in cross-functional collaborationoptimize our CRM (Dynamics) and associated tools such as Monday / Hubspot ensuring clean data, accurate reporting, and user adoption.Identify data gaps, recommend improvements, and execute fixesTrain and support teams on CRM best practices and data-driven workflowsGrow the RevOps function, starting with a hands-on approachWHO ARE YOU & YOUR QUALIFICATIONS5+ years in SalesOps, RevOps, BizOps or GTM Systems roles within B2B SaaS (experience within the Maritime industry is an advantage)Strategic thinker, problem solver, gets stuff doneDeep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, retention cohorts, forecast hygiene)Hands-on experience building or scaling commercial systems: CRM, quoting, ERP, billing, reportingExperience with MS Dynamics CRM, PowerBI and HubSpot is a mustProven success driving lead gen and nurturing through data and automationExperience supporting M&A or cross-system integrations is a strong plusExcellent communication and negotiation skills in EnglishBachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Maritime Studies, or related field (combined with a technical degree is an advantage)Team player comes firstHigh level of curiosityWHAT WE OFFERDanelec offers a dynamic and innovative work environment where your contributions are valued and encouraged.
