Chinese Fintech is looking for Head of Risk ManagementJob Description / ResponsibilityTo develop and implement the organization’s risk management framework, policies, and procedures.To establish and maintain a risk governance structure aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.To oversee the implementation of risk-related corrective actions and follow-upsTo lead the Credit Recovery and Credit Collection TeamTo prepare and present regular risk reports to senior management and the Board of Directors.To develop and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) to track performance.To ensure risk information is communicated effectively across departments.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsSkills Required: Credit Risk Analysis, Micro Credit, Credit Risk Management, Credit Management, Credit Control And RecoveryExperience RequirementsAt least 8 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Banks,Telecommunication,Micro-Credit,Financial Technology (Fintech) StartupAdditional RequirementsMinimum 8–12 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.Experience in financial services, banking, or large corporate environments preferredJob LocationDhaka (GULSHAN 1)
