We are seeking a senior Sales Leader to join our global Sabre Direct Pay team, where innovation knows no borders. With an inclusive culture that embraces a flexible work environment, we foster a spirit of collaboration fueled by boldness, curiosity and commitment that empowers us all to win together.As the Head of Sabre Direct Pay, you will lead commercial efforts across the APAC region focused on acquiring new customers and accelerating market adoption of Sabre Direct Pay. This role blends strategic business development with hands-on sales execution to drive growth in a dynamic, high-opportunity region. You will guide a small team through functional leadership, influence go-to-market strategies and build trusted partnerships that fuel long-term success.ResponsibilitiesLead new business development focused on virtual card solutions and direct settlement models across the APAC travel ecosystem.Drive commercial acquisition and early-stage activation of Sabre Direct Pay, with a focus on VCN adoption for hotel, air, and ancillary bookings.Serve as a trusted advisor to partners navigating payment modernization, supplier enablement, and back-office integration.Negotiate enterprise-level commercial agreements that support Sabre’s fintech growth strategy.Provide coaching and functional leadership to a small cross-regional sales team operating in a matrixed environment.Collaborate with global product, marketing, and operations teams to align regional opportunities with strategic roadmap priorities.Preferred Qualifications And EducationMinimum 10 years of experience in strategic sales, commercial partnerships, or business development, preferably in fintech, B2B payments, or travel technology.Proven success selling virtual card or VCN-based payment solutions, ideally with exposure to travel agency workflows, TMCs, or merchant acquiring.Strong understanding of issuing models, payment automation, and the value proposition of VCNs for fraud reduction, reconciliation, and control.Demonstrated success in new customer acquisition and long-cycle sales engagements in APAC.Experience leading or influencing teams through functional or matrixed leadership models.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align regional strategies to business goals.Demonstrated experience in handling customer engagement and negotiations with enterprise customers from Greater China region.BenefitsBenefits are not one-size fits all which is why we go beyond the traditional medical and financial benefits to offer perks that promote total well-being.
