Head of Safety

About Rectrix Rectrix is a specialist recruitment consultancy formed by a team of highly diligent recruiters with a proven track record in end-to-end delivery from mid to senior placements within the built environment industry.My Client is now looking for a Head of Safety to oversee various Business Units of the Group.Responsibilities: Developing and implementing a cross-subsidiary safety strategy to ensure compliance with local and Group regulations.Managing day-to-day operational safety through strategic planning, organization, direction, and control.Setting safety strategy, goals, and targets in alignment with safety policies and procedures.Investigating irregularities and offering recommendations to resolve issues.Finding innovative ways to improve safety value, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.Conducting safety trainings to ensure a safe work environment for all.Requirements: Bachelor Degree;15+ years of relevant experience in Safety, preferably with 5+ years of Managerial Experience;Registered Safety Officer under Labour Department. RSA is an advantage;Experience in Safety of Logistics, Cargo Terminals, Transportation or Manufacturing is an advantage;Experience in the implementation of ISO45001/ OHSAS18001;Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.In return, the selected candidate will be offered a highly attractive salary package and benefits with generous performance bonus upon successful project launch.
