Head of Sales – BelgiumJoin a leading player in trade credit risk management.We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Broker Channel team in Belgium. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will manage a team of 15, including Sales & Account Managers (Mid-Market and Key International Accounts) and the Customer Care (Commercial Operations) team.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Strategy: Define and implement the commercial action plan, set objectives for Account Managers, drive customer retention and growth, and enhance portfolio performance through additional services.Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support the team; evaluate performance, provide coaching and training, and foster a positive and transparent work environment.Client & Broker Management: Oversee day-to-day account operations, support contract negotiations, monitor client satisfaction (NPS), and ensure timely execution of client requests.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales results, provide actionable insights, and report on turnover, profitability, and customer experience. Ensure compliance with company procedures.Budgeting: Collaborate with senior management and finance to establish the department’s operating budget (human and financial resources).RequirementsExperience in credit insurance or factoring.Proven team management skills and ability to develop internal and external relationships, including with brokers.Adaptable, able to thrive in an international, multicultural, matrix environment.Dutch, English & French.Key CompetenciesStrong leadership and communication skills.Ability to convey vision and engage teams.Proactive, agile, and solution-oriented.
