Edison Communication Ltd. is looking for Head of SalesKey PointsAs Head of Sales, you`ll take charge of expanding our client base, designing sales strategies, and managing a motivated team to meet and exceed revenue goals. You`ll play a key role in positioning Edison`s products and services in the local and international markets.Job Description / ResponsibilityDevelop and execute sales strategies for SaaS, software, and marketing services.Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing B2B sales team.Identify potential clients, Channels, pitch solutions and close deals confidently.Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to align client needs with business offerings.Track sales performance through CRM and prepare periodic reports for management.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore upsell/cross-sell opportunities.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MarketingBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Service MarketingSkills Required: Sales & Marketing, Corporate Marketing, ERP Software, CRM Software, Leadership and Good Communication skill., Negotiation Persuasion Skills, B2B SalesExperience Requirements3 to 6 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services StartupAdditional RequirementsLeadership qualities with a focus on teamwork, strategy, and execution.Experience with CRM tools and digital sales processes.Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.Job LocationDhaka (Tejgaon Industrial Area)
