This is a place for leaders who want to shape the next chapter of European fintech, not just maintain what’s already workingThe opportunityWe’re looking for a commercially driven sales leader who combines structure, energy, and empathy. You’ll lead a team of around fifteen Account Executives, guiding them to perform at their best while refining how we sell to mid-market and enterprise customers.This role is about scaling what already works; sharpening process, building accountability, and growing a team that balances performance with culture.What you’ll doDefine and execute a clear sales strategy for the Benelux region.Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing direct sales team.Build structured forecasting and pipeline discipline while keeping a people-first approach.Collaborate with marketing, product, and partnerships to drive go-to-market alignment.Act as the lead negotiator for major accounts and long-term strategic opportunities.Bring data and structure to decision-making, from conversion metrics to market insights.Represent the company externally at key customer and industry events.What you bring8–10 years of B2B SaaS/Payments sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.Proven record of leading teams that consistently exceed revenue targets.Enterprise sales experienceExperience working in a fast-growing and high performing Tech companyStrong grasp of structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, Challenger, SPICED).A hands-on leadership style: focused on coaching, enablement, and accountability.Fluent in Dutch and English; other European languages are a plus.What’s on offer6 figure competitive basic salaryExcellent commission structureHybrid working model with the flexibility to work from abroad part of the year.28 holidaysWellbeing and lifestyle budget, travel and health benefits.Real ownership: freedom to shape the sales organization and leave a visible impact on growth.What's nextApply for this position if you match the requirements and plan a call in with us to explore next steps
