Head of Sales | 220 - 270K OTE (50/50 or 60/40) + equity | Seed stage | 300% YoY Location: Munich, Germany | Hybrid (3 days/week in-office) | German revenue leader This seed-stage AI scale-up is transforming procurement in the construction industry by bringing transparency, efficiency, and cost savings to a traditionally offline and fragmented sector. Backed by top-tier investors (20VC and GoogleVentures) + advisors (Harry Stebbings and Johann Butting)It's an Enterprise sales motion, including quick POC wins, that's growing from 3M to 8-9M ARR in '26, yet still founder-led, looking for a Head of Sales who sets GTM strategy, builds operating processes, defines playbooks, sales methods, profile descriptions, commission plans, while hiring and managing a sales org to performance. They have 13M in funding, a good runway to continue scaling for Series A end of next year.Salary & Benefits €220,000 – €270,000 OTE (50/50 or 60/40 split) + Equity (VSOP) ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and expand the sales team, driving a performance-focused cultureOwn pipeline management, ARR growth, forecasting, and reporting (HubSpot)Hands-on leadership style, stepping into deals for coaching, or even owning some key accounts to better understand the value proposition and learn Build and refine sales playbooks, processes, and methodology fit for scaleCollaborate with Product and Marketing to sharpen the ICP definition and GTM executionEstablish performance metrics, sales operations, and CRM infrastructureReport directly to the founders and contribute to long-term commercial strategyRequirements3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS, including enterprise-level deals (€100K+ ACV)2+ years in sales leadership (including AE team management)1-10M ARR building experience -> GTM growth in early-stage companies (Seed/Series A/B)Sales experience in traditional industries (e.g., construction, manufacturing, logistics)Comfortable in ambiguity; able to build structure where little existsFluent in German and EnglishYou've already read this far, you might as well apply! 🚀
