Your expertise will directly shape the future of a fast-scaling brand making its mark in Bangladesh’s skincare sector.Job PurposeThe Head of Sales will lead and manage all sales operations, covering Retail, Corporate, and E-commerce (Digital Sales, Telesales) channels of Beautyology. This role requires a visionary leader capable of building strong sales structures from the ground up, driving revenue growth, and establishing strategic partnerships within the skincare and lifestyle industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic foresight, market insight, and proven expertise in team leadership and target achievement.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for retail, corporate, and e-commerce channels to achieve revenue goals.Design and implement sales structures, processes, and KPIs for all segments.Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.Retail & Corporate SalesBuild and expand retail sales operations and nationwide distribution networks.Foster B2B and corporate partnerships, maintaining strong relationships to boost recurring sales.Ensure strong visibility and placement of Beautyology products in target markets.E-commerce & Digital SalesOversee digital and telesales operations to maximize online conversions and customer retention.Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to optimize sales funnels and campaign performance.Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment coordination, and post-sales engagement.Team Development & Performance ManagementRecruit, train, and mentor sales teams across all channels.Set clear targets, monitor individual and team performance, and implement incentive programs.Foster a high-performing culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales, with proven success in both retail and e-commerce segments.Prior experience in the skincare or lifestyle industry will be strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability to set up and scale sales operations from scratch.Strong network and connections within Bangladesh’s skincare and beauty market.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Data-driven mindset with proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/ERP tools.Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive performance, and deliver consistent results in a fast-paced environment.Compensation & Benefits (As per company policy)Attractive salary package based on experience and skillsSnacks and refreshment facilitiesWeekly holidays and festival bonusesAnnual, casual, and sick leavePerformance-based increments and growth opportunitiesFriendly and inclusive work environment
