Build predictable country funnels, convert qualified equivalency/licensing exams leads into enrolled cohorts, and protect a high-trust candidate experience. Enable cross-sell to DDDW/Libelle/Next/Translations only when it adds clear value your core quota is Camp Bodrum enrolments.Key Responsibilities • Country GTM & Partnerships: Build/scale agent networks and institutional partners (universities, hospitals, associations). Set quarterly country plans, quotas, and incentives. • Funnel & Admissions: Lead → application → interview → enrolment; reduce no-show/early churn; craft scholarship/payment-plan options; maintain transparent, compliant comms. • Pipeline & Forecast: Weekly pipeline health; monthly/quarterly forecast with ±10% accuracy; CRM hygiene, activity cadences, and SLA discipline. • Revenue & Cohorts: Hit monthly enrolment targets; shape cohort mix (country/specialty) with Ops; align capacity and start dates. • Sales Enablement: Objection handling, offer templates, WhatsApp/phone/email scripts; run a weekly win-room with Marketing & Admissions. • Market Intelligence: Measure country/channel ROI, pricing sensitivity, competitor moves; feed insights to campaigns and product. • Cross-sell (Secondary): Package and attach DDDW/Libelle/Next/Notarized Translations at fit-for-value moments; keep attach-rate goals ethical and modest.What You Bring • 2–4 years international sales or admissions growth in healthcare, education, recruitment/relocation, or professional services. • Track record building multi-country partner funnels and delivering €1–3M+ annual new revenue or equivalent enrolment volume. • Fluent in Turkish, English and German; plus at least one of Arabic, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, German is a strong plus • Mastery of CRM, pipeline, forecasting, pricing/packaging; data-driven, test-and-learn mindset. • High-trust communication, senior-level negotiation, rigorous ethics.KPIs (Priority Order) 1.
