This role oversees the sales team, drives revenue, growth from existing clients and ensures alignment with wider strategic objectives.Role & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in commercial risk solutionsDrive a Deliver Aon United (DAU) culture in the business and amongst the client service teamsLead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional client serviceIdentify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key prospects/clients, and negotiate high-value contractsAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions and product offeringsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales initiatives align with company goals and compliance requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver DAU, support retention and growth from existing accountsPrepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior managementSkills And Experience That Will Lead To Success5 years+ experience in salesMinimum regulatory requirements as stipulated by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) and other relevant authorityExperienced and consistent record in leading sales team of related experience in broking/consulting/professional services firmHighly motivated and excellent leadership skills while consistently working towards resultsAn effective communicator who uses consultative selling skillsPossess strategic planning skills, business acumen, and sales proficiencyDemonstrate accountability, coaching, and management skillsAlignment to departmental and organizational vision and goalsEffective interpersonal and people management skillsHow We Support Our ColleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
