Reporting directly to the Managing Director Europe, you will lead a team of senior professionals and drive growth through innovation, customer focus, and technical excellence. Your role combines strategic leadership, business development, and engineering oversight to ensure a future-proof product and service portfolio.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement commercial and technological growth strategies for Europe.Translate strategic objectives into actionable priorities and KPIs.Build and maintain strategic customer relationships at C-level.Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions with key accounts.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and data-driven decision-making.Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and capacity planning.Ensure ESG compliance and contribute to long-term sustainability goals.Coach and develop senior professionals, fostering a culture of ownership and innovation.Your teamYou will lead approximately 10 direct reports and indirectly oversee around 100 professionals across Sales and Engineering.
