Head of Sales (Horizontal Real Estate)

Job Summary :The Head of Sales (Horizontal Real Estate) is responsible for leading and driving sales strategies for low-rise residential projects, including single houses, townhomes, and duplexes. This role oversees the entire sales operation, ensures revenue targets are achieved, and works closely with marketing, project development, and management teams to support sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities :Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for horizontal real estate projects in alignment with company objectives.Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to ensure competitiveness and profitability.Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition plans.Oversee customer relationship management, including key clients, brokers, and business partners.Ensure sales processes comply with company policies, legal requirements, and real estate regulations.Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports for management review.Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance team capability and effectiveness.Support project launches, sales events, and exhibitions as required. Knowledge and Skills Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field.A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
