Job Summary:The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the entire sales operations, driving revenue growth, and developing a high-performing team within the UAE property market. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven record in off-plan project sales and an in-depth understanding of Dubai’s real estate ecosystem.Client is a reputed real estate development company in Dubai, specializing in premium residential and mixed-use projects.Package - AED 25000 - AED 30000 / monthKey Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass revenue and growth objectives.Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property sales professionals to deliver consistent results and meet defined KPIs.Oversee sales operations including lead management, client engagement, negotiations, and deal closures.Strengthen the sales process through collaboration with marketing and CRM teams to enhance conversion rates.Conduct regular market research, competitor benchmarking, and performance analysis to identify new opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, and high-net-worth clients.Collaborate with the marketing department to design and execute targeted campaigns aligned with sales goals.Ensure accurate management of client pipelines, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership.Represent the organization at property exhibitions, networking forums, and client meetings to enhance market visibility.Drive continuous improvement through team training, performance reviews, and skill development initiatives.Ensure adherence to company policies, RERA regulations, and ethical sales practices.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).7–10 years of real estate sales experience, including at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role within the UAE market.Proven success in leading developer sales teams and achieving off-plan sales targets.Strong leadership, communication, and team development capabilities.Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills.Deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate market dynamics, buyer behavior, and investment trends.Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are an advantage.Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
