We are now searching for a Head of Sales, a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Sales department to the next level, and capture additional market share.The Head of Sales is responsible for overseeing all sales activities of the company in Indonesia and leading the sales team. Head of Sales is accountable for growing the business by acquiring new accounts while retaining and growing the business from current clients to meet or exceed the sales targets.The role is Indonesia focused with potential to expand beyond. The Head of Sales reports directly to the Managing Director.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plan in order to exceed sales targetIncrease the efficiency and effectiveness of our prospection programSupervise the team's qualification process and proposal draftingNegotiate deals and convert leads into firm agreementsElaborate an annual program with quarterly objectives and targetFrequently review compliance against Standard Operating ProceduresSupervise account management and cross-selling activitiesEnsure regular training and development of all members of the sales departmentWork closely with Marketing DepartmentMonitor CRM tool usage and data to ensure information is accurate and up-to-dateJob Requirements:Deep knowledge of sales of B2B services and solid track-record of experience in active sellingExperience of 4 to 6 years as Sales Manager leading a sales teamTotal experience in sales of 6-8 yearsKnowledge and experience in selling Services"Hunter" sales mentality and instinctsBachelor degree qualifiedDynamic team leaderWell-honed organizational skills with a ‘can-do’ problem-solving approachExperience as either Head of Sales, Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, or equivalent rolesFormal knowledge and training in sales methodologies and selling techniquesAble to work across culturesAsia regional experience is a definite plusExperience in using and exploiting a CRM system Excellent communication and presentation skillsProficiency in English, both spoken and writtenIf you meet these requirements and if you are looking for a new, exciting opportunity within a successful, growing company, then this role is for you!Integrity Indonesia is an equal opportunity employer.* * *Integrity Indonesia is a foreign investment company that has operated for 22 years in Indonesia.
