They specialise in helping their clients design and implement their digital transformation journey via the provision of people, technology & process.They work across a number of key verticals with a strong foothold and market leading presence within the ASX listed Banking, Financial Services and Insurance markets. As experts in all things Digital, DevOps, Cloud & AI, they help their clients improve their own organisations as well as improving their end customer's digital and customer experiences.They are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to join the executive team in Melbourne, in order to help them continue their growth in the BFSI market specifically. This role sits in the SLT and reports to the Executive Director - Technology Consulting & Digital Transformation.Key responsibilities:Player / coach role and responsibilities - leading from the front and sellingManaging and developing a small national sales team within your designated vertical market - BFSIFurther develop existing MSA's and Professional Services panel relationships within the sectorWin new MSA's and new consulting agreements with a focus on contingent workforce solutions and outcomes based consultingSet the sales plan for the team and implement the frameworks to achieve the planMeet and exceed revenue and GM sales targetsLead and manage internal resources and SME's, as well as external vendor partners and strategic alliancesWe are looking for a 'hands on' Sales Leader with people (sales team) management and direct sales experience - someone who will thrive in a business building role.Key experience required:Tertiary qualificationSales leadership experience within the Professional Services/Digital Transformation or Business Advisory domains - this is a player/coach roleSystems thinking led approach to problem solvingA business builder with deep networks across the ASX listed Banking, Financial Services, Superannuation & Insurance marketsProven new business originator with experience of selling outcomes based consulting agreements through to staff augmentation - from Squads to one off bodiesPrevious experience building and implementing successful sales and account management frameworks across your sales teamDesired experience working with Generative AI, CX/EX, UX/UI, App Dev, Lowcode, Cloud etcContacts from CIO/CTO level down to Program Management and Heads of Applications etcOutstanding new logo, new business development and existing account expansion skillsOutgoing, driven, highly consultative in your approachAs a business builder, you will have a passion for all things digital and how transformation projects can be applied to improve the world around us.
