Job Description

Responsibilities:1. Based on the overall business strategy, formulate and implement the business development strategy for the assigned country.2. Gain insights into local market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to provide decision-making support for product positioning, pricing, and marketing promotion;3. Explore new business opportunities, establish and maintain key customer relationships, and continuously expand market/channel share;4. Build and manage local cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, retail, operations), set team performance goals, oversee execution, and take charge of the achievement of overall regional OKRs;5. Collaborate with headquarters and regional teams in supply chain, finance, legal affairs, and human resources to ensure efficient daily operations, including budget formulation, forecast analysis, compliance implementation, and regular reporting.Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or above; proficiency in German and English as a working language; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and other European languages is a plus;2. 5 to 10 years of experience in sales and expansion in consumer electronics, home appliances, etc., with familiarity in channels, foreign trade, etc.; ability to manage omni-channel business operations;3. Excellent interpersonal skills and cross-cultural communication skills;4. Strong sense of professionalism and entrepreneurial spirit; sensitivity and insight into market trends and competition; strong pressure resistance and self-adjustment ability; ability to quickly adapt to the work rhythm of a fast-growing enterprise;5. Willingness to travel to China other European countries as needed.
