Head of Sales Marketing

Job Descriptions:Develop sales strategy which includes sales plan, process, payment system, reward/sales commission.Coordinate and evaluate brand image enhancement activities carried out from media placements and exhibitions.Create activities to maintain business relations with the mass media and related vendors.Supervise and coordinate sales team.Analyze sales & promotion report and achievement progress.Job Qualifications:Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major.Minimum 6 years of experiences as sales property or 2 years experiences in the same position.Must have excellent knowledge of property industry.Target oriented and attractive personality.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Good knowledge of promotional activities, marketing in the real estate business.Sales oriented personality, good communication and have wide network.Willing to be placed in Jakarta (Southgate/Aerium/The Elements).
