Role Overview:The Head of Sales & Marketing is responsible for developing strategies, leading execution, and optimizing all Sales & Marketing activities for TINI COWORKING. The role ensures revenue growth, high occupancy rate, strong brand awareness, and long-term development of TINIGROUP coworking business.Job Description:- Build and execute overall Sales & Marketing strategy to drive revenue, occupancy rate, and brand growth for TINI Coworking.- Manage full customer acquisition funnel: lead generation, nurturing, conversion, contract signing, and renewal.- Develop pricing, promotion plans, sales materials, and market positioning.- Lead digital marketing activities: content planning, paid ads, website/SEO, social channels, email marketing, and branding campaigns.- Plan and manage onsite events such as workshops, networking sessions, and open days to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.- Build, train, and oversee a combined Sales & Marketing team, ensuring high performance and clear KPI structure.- Manage marketing budget and propose improvements for products, services, and customer journey.Requirements:- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Coworking, Real Estate Leasing, Office Solutions, F&B, or Service industries.- Strong understanding of the coworking market and customer behaviors in HCMC.- At least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Proactive, result-driven, and capable of working under pressure.- Customer-centric mindset and strong ownership.Benefits:- Competitive income: base salary + performance-based KPI + commission.- Career advancement opportunities within TINIGROUP.- Opportunity to build and scale a new coworking brand with multiple future branches.- Full benefits according to company policy.Contact Infomation:Email: anhtus.hr@gmail.comEmail subject: [APPLICATION] Head of Sales Marketing – Your Name.Zalo/phone: 086 875 7035 (Mr. Tú)
