To accelerate our growth in Belgium, we are looking for an experienced and well-connected Head of Sales.Role DescriptionAs Head of Sales, you will play a central role in establishing Ominimo’s presence in the Belgian market. Belgium’s car insurance market is heavily broker-driven, and your primary focus will be to build and manage a nationwide broker network.We are looking for someone who brings:Extensive experience and a strong personal network among the largest insurance brokers in Belgium.The ability to design and execute a distribution strategy that will quickly position Ominimo as a recognized and trusted brand.Close collaboration with the CEO for Benelux and interaction with Ominimo’s group functions to ensure seamless alignment and best practices.This is a senior commercial role, ideal for someone who thrives on results, relationships, and business growth.We offer a competitive compensation package, including a strong fixed salary, performance-based bonus, and benefits such as a company car and other executive perks.QualificationsNationality / Location: Belgian national with a deep understanding of the local insurance market.Languages: Fluent in Flemish and French (bilingual preferred); English proficiency required.Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, within motor insurance.Experience either managing broker networks for a major insurer or working at a leading brokerage firm.Strong personal connections with key brokerage networks across Belgium.Proven sales leadership and relationship-building skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Hands-on, proactive, and trustworthy personality.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an international environment.
