We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead our business development and commercial operations in Tunisia.Your MissionAs the Head of Sales – Tunisia, you will be responsible for developing Prime IT’s presence in the region, building a client portfolio, and driving commercial growth from the ground up. This role requires a sales-driven professional who thrives on winning new business, developing B2B relationships, and delivering value to clients in the technology and engineering sectors.What You’ll DoDesign and execute a sales strategy to establish Prime IT in the Tunisian and North African markets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients across IT and Engineering industries.Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, handling the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.Represent Prime IT at networking events, client meetings, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility.Report on market trends, business performance, and competitor insights to guide strategic decisions.As operations grow, support the development of a local sales and delivery team to strengthen Prime IT’s footprint in Tunisia.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the IT or Engineering services sectors.A hunter mindset — self-motivated, persistent, and results-oriented.Strong communication, networking, and negotiation abilities.Entrepreneurial spirit with a strategic view of business growth.Fluent in English (Other languages a plus).Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.Previous experience in an international or fast-growing environment is valued.What We OfferThe opportunity to lead Prime IT’s expansion in Tunisia, shaping the company’s success in a new market.Autonomy and ownership to drive your sales strategy and client relationships.Growth potential within a large international group with offices across Europe.Collaboration with a supportive regional team and access to Prime Group’s global resources.Join a fast-growing international group that values entrepreneurship, innovation, and performance — and help us write Prime IT’s next success story in Tunisia.
