Job Description:Ensure operational requirements per store location are met.Training and mentoring management store leads.Ensure store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining the managers; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.Responsible developing existing retail sales channels and identifying new opportunities to increase revenues.Achieves financial objectives by monitoring and achieving of sales targets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements for feedback to the Chief Operating Officer and appropriate stakeholders.Liaising and building relationships with Primeline Products Philippines Incorporated external customers and partners, specifically retail store heads of SM, Watsons, etc.Ensures availability of merchandise and services by checking inventories during store visits.In conjunction with the Regional Managers, analyze feedback results regarding sales promotions, clearance sales, studying and reporting trends, and competitor activity.Responsible for overseeing mystery shoppers, ensuring that mystery shoppers are adequately qualified and provide high-quality reports.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops at HO, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks.Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.Excellent understanding and managing of P&L.Regularly reports to management on store operations and presents business plans as required by management.Qualifications:A minimum of 10 years of in-depth experience in retail, sales, and operations.Prior work experience with major retailers such as SM, Robinsons, or Landmark is required.Demonstrated knowledge of personnel management, sales planning, standard operating procedures, budgeting, and accounting.Essential educational qualifications to meet job requirements.Working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools.
