Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead the company’s global sales strategy to achieve rapid and sustainable growth.Review pipeline, conversion rates, and sales funnel activity.Monitor KPIs such as SQLs handled, activity indicators, deal closure rates, deal loss reasonsRun daily sales huddles / stand-ups to track performance. Set clear performance targets and help remove blockers.Mentor, coach and support the sales and renewals teams. Track team and individual performance using HubSpot. Analyse data to identify trends and areas of improvement.Share updates with executive leadership on revenue progress.Align with Marketing regularly to discuss lead quality, content needs, and any campaign results.Optimise processes and use of tools, automations, and CRM.Monitor competitor activity and customer buying signals.Identify new market opportunities by analyzing performance across regions.Collaborate with CX for a successful customer onboardingRequirements:Experience in a multinational / global tech company.Proven track record in scaling up inbound sales teams and impact in fast-growing companies.Experience hitting or exceeding revenue targets in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.Experience managing renewal cycles and working closely with CX teams.Proven expertise in developing sales strategies for both established and emerging markets.Established work experience as a Head of Sales, Sales Director, or a similar senior role within tech organizations.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales campaigns and initiatives.Experience in hiring, onboarding, mentoring and leading high-performing sales teams.Exceptional leadership skills, capable of building a dedicated following within the organization.Possess a growth mindset, approaching work with a results-driven approach that emphasizes testing, measuring, and iterating.Strategic thinker who can balance immediate needs with long-term direction.Prior experience in a tech-driven business or SaaS company, ideally in a scale-up.Experience in the field of accounting and corporate services would be highly desired.
