Apply now.Your responsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic sales plans and objectives to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve individual and team performance targets.Set sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics for the sales team, monitoring progress and taking corrective action as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, target markets, and customer segments based on market analysis, competitive landscape, and business objectives.Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and fostering long-term partnerships.Develop pricing strategies, discount structures, and sales incentives to maximize profitability and competitiveness while meeting customer expectations.Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with product launches, promotions, and business initiatives.Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovationImplement sales forecasting and pipeline management processes to accurately predict sales revenues, track sales performance, and identify areas for improvement.Monitor and assess competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies, tactics, and positioning accordingly.Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions with the sales team to provide feedback, address challenges, and recognize achievements.Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and regulations, including pricing guidelines, contract terms, and ethical standards.Manage key accounts and major deals, leading negotiations, resolving conflicts, and closing high-value sales opportunities.The experience we're looking for Solid experience in e-commerce business development within a fast-paced industry.
