Headquartered in Germany, Everllence employs around 15,000 people across more than 140 sites worldwide.The function Holder is responsible for the Primserv Marine & Power Segment in the assigned territory and that in respective of sales and service activities. He/she is responsible for developing and executing the sales, promotion, service and workshop strategy for the assigned country and supporting Everllence regionally. He / she oversees all aspects of the sales, service and workshop process and defines the target order intake, sales budget, fostering sales leads and providing support to customers for the purpose of generating additional business for Everllence. Negotiates and concludes contracts aligned with the Regional Center and its management.Location: Cairo, EgyptWe Can Offer You The Following TasksDevelop and execute strategic sales plans in coordination with management and product centers.Set and monitor order intake and revenue goals for assigned business areas.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to shape marketing and negotiation strategies.Build and maintain strong customer relationships, generate leads, and manage CRM activities.Lead international sales projects, prepare quotations, and negotiate long-term contracts and service agreements.Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and customer meetings.Manage sales budgets, reporting, and team development.Plan and oversee maintenance, repairs, and commissioning of equipment (ships/power plants) globally.Ensure technical excellence and budget compliance in service execution.Lead the Service Department, including staff training, competence development, and documentation.Manage workshop operations, job scheduling, and resource coordination.Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.Collaborate with Sales & Workshop teams for reporting and project coordination.Support new marine sales projects with local insights and customer engagement.You Can Help Us With These QualificationsSeasoned sales management experience with 10+ years of related experience, preferably in the same industryExperience in leading a Sales and Service TeamDemonstrated sales success, with complex sales, in the targeted regional marketFluency in EnglishKnowledge of the local marketKnowledge of Everllence products and servicesDetailed understanding of business both technical and commercialAbility to communicate effectively and influence key decision makers at all levels of the businessDemonstrated ability to present and close proposals to position Everllence as the customers winning supplierCommercial background, preferably MBAAble to network and find out emerging opportunities in given marketSAPExperience of working within a multinational companyHaving good relationship with local potential customer and business decision makerEngineering degree (university) or related to meet the requirements of education or experienceContact usThat Is Important To UsIntegrity and compliance are essential elements of our corporate culture.
