Recognized as a Great Place to Work and a Great People Manager Company (Forbes & The Economic Times), we partner with tech giants like Google, Microsoft, and Meta to advance cybersecurity innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the sales strategy for the Dubai region in alignment with TAC Security’s global growth objectives.Identify, prospect and close new enterprise accounts—especially large organisations, government/institutional clients, and key verticals (e.g., BFSI, telecom, manufacturing, energy).Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, closing and account hand-over.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, with accurate forecasting and tracking of key metrics (e.g., pipeline value, win-rate, sales cycle length).Work closely with regional marketing, partner/channel teams and product specialists to develop go-to-market campaigns, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs) and client workshopsEstablish and manage strategic partnerships and alliances in the UAE region (distributors, resellers, system integrators) to scale business.Serve as the client advocate internally: coordinate with TAC’s global product, delivery and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation, onboarding and customer satisfaction.Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory requirements (cybersecurity, compliance) in the UAE/GCC and provide insights to the leadership team.Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining TAC’s values of integrity, customer-centricity and innovation.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.Proven track record (typically 5-10 years or more) in enterprise sales within the cybersecurity, IT-software or SaaS domain—preferably in the Middle East region.Strong network and understanding of the UAE enterprise market, especially in sectors such as banking/financial services, telecom, government/public sector.Demonstrable experience of selling complex solutions (ideally cybersecurity, vulnerability management, risk-assessment or SaaS platforms) to C-level and senior stakeholders.Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; comfortable with high-level executive interactions and technical discussions.Ability to articulate value propositions of cybersecurity solutions, manage long sales cycles, and convert POCs/trials into contracts.Self-driven, results-oriented, with strong organizational and pipeline-management capabilities.Willingness to travel within the UAE region and to global TAC offices as required.Familiarity with regional compliance/regulatory frameworks (e.g., UAE cyber laws, data protection) is a plus.Preferred QualificationsExperience building or leading a sales team in the UAE region.Prior success with partner/channel-led sales models and working with distributors/resellers.Knowledge of vulnerability management, penetration testing, risk-quantification, cyber-score methodologies etc (given TAC Security’s domain). Multilingual skills (English + Arabic) would be a strong advantage in the region.
