Let us describe the challenge we offerReporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead all sales activities for Polestar in Austria. You will be responsible for developing and executing a robust sales strategy with your team and play an integral role in delivering sales results in close collaboration with our dealer partners.
What you’ll doYour Responsibilities IncludeLeading all market sales activities with your teamDeveloping and executing a sales growth strategyManaging and monitoring retail and fleet sales performance, leading the sales funnel and forecastingDriving the transformation of the sales distribution model in strong collaboration with retail stakeholdersCollaborating closely with cross-functional teams as part of the Austrian Management TeamDriving the expansion of the retail footprint and network in AustriaManaging the relationship with Polestar Headquarters in SwedenYou and your skillsTo Be Successful In This Role, You Have/areAt least 3–5 years of experience in a similar leadership role; experience in the automotive industry is a strong plusProven leadership experience in sales management (3–5 years)Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skillsExtensive knowledge, especially in B2B business, and the ability to easily connect with other departments (e.
g. , Marketing, Operations, and Finance)Experience working with retail partners in the automotive sector is a definite advantageExcellent oral and written communication skills in both English and GermanExcellent knowledge of all MS Office programsA can-do and hands-on mentalityAt Polestar, you will be part of a cross-functional and international team, with English as the primary language for written and spoken communication. As Polestar is in a scale-up phase, you thrive in a fast-paced environment. We offer a salary starting from €90,000 gross annually, with overpayment depending on qualifications and experience, plus a company car also available for private use.
