The opportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director with a proven track record in driving consultative sales within the water industry, and willing to bring Oxyle solutions to the market and to generate profitable growth for the company.
In this highly hands-on role, you will develop and execute sales strategies in line with the company mission and goals, actively drive key deals from initial interest, design custom-made proposals, lead negotiations and close high-value deals. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will represent Oxyle in the market and keep Oxyle at the forefront of market understanding. Your key responsibilities Sales Strategy and ExecutionDevelop and implement a robust sales strategy, aligned with the company's growth objectives. Identify new prospects and partners, engage with strategic leads, lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
Build and nurture relationships with customers, define account strategy, drive upsell and turn customers into ambassadors. Technical Sales, performance management and reportingOwn sales pipelines, ensure disciplined forecasting and reporting. Engage customers in solution-oriented discussions to understand their PFAS treatment needs. Translate complex technical challenges into clear, customized propositionsDraft customer proposals in collaboration with the tech team for customer succes and profitable growth.

Proven track record in consultative technical sales and closing complex B2B deals in the water industry or related fields (e. g. , environmental engineering, industrial utilities, sustainability tech). Strong network in industrial, waste and wastewater treatment sectors. Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and relationship-building skills. Experience in building and managing sales team in a fast-growing company. Familiarity with long-cycle solution sales and tender-based procurement.
