We focus on driving growth and addressing business challenges through people-relevant changes. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales located in Dubai.

The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and overseeing account management. The role includes conducting sales analysis to identify market trends, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring sales targets are met. The Head of Sales will also collaborate with other departments to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
