This is a critical senior leadership role with significant impact on our company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and executing impactful social media strategies, coupled with a strong business development acumen and a passion for identifying and securing new opportunities.Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Execution:Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets.Oversee all aspects of our social media presence across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency, engagement, and growth.Lead and mentor the social media team, fostering a high-performance culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze social media performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing and digital communication.Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure integrated and effective communication strategies.Manage the social media budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI on all activities.Business Development & Client Acquisition:Proactively identify and target potential clients, including influencers and companies, who would benefit from our social media branding services.Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to generate leads and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.Present our social media branding service offerings persuasively, clearly articulating the value proposition and benefits to prospective clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.Negotiate and close new business deals, contributing directly to the company's revenue growth.Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape, competitor offerings, and client needs to tailor our services effectively.Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.Collaborate with the service delivery team to ensure seamless onboarding and successful execution of client projects.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in social media marketing, with a significant portion in a leadership role.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies that drive tangible results.Demonstrable experience in business development and client acquisition, specifically in selling marketing or branding services.Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.Excellent understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and emerging trends.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.Data-driven and analytical with the ability to interpret social media metrics and translate them into actionable insights.Experience working with influencers and/or corporate clients is highly desirable.Experience working in fast-paced creative or wellness-focused environments is beneficial.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Fluency in English is essential.
