The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of training solutions, client relationship management, and strategic planning to drive the success of our programs.📍 Location: Bekasi, Indonesia⏰ Work Mode: Work From Office💼 Role: Head of Solution & Solution ConsultantAs a Learning Solution Architect, you’ll sit at the intersection of client strategy, learning design, and consulting delivery — transforming client challenges into tailored learning or organizational development programs that drive measurable impact.You’ll collaborate closely with consultants, sales team, and delivery partners to co-create solutions that are not just engaging but business-relevant — designed to help organizations grow through their people.What You’ll DoConduct diagnostic conversations with clients to uncover business, leadership, and learning needs.Design end-to-end learning or consulting programs using Lumavira’s frameworks — from learning journeys and curriculum maps to evaluation metrics.Partner with senior consultants and project managers to ensure solutions are feasible, high-impact, and delivered with excellence.Prepare and present solution proposals that integrate content, methodology, and cost structures.Customize existing frameworks and programs to fit specific client contexts.Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication flow between internal teams and clients.Analyze post-program results and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.What We’re Looking ForEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Business, or related field.5–10 years’ experience in corporate training, consulting, or learning & development (either in-house or provider side).Hands-on experience in curriculum design, learning architecture, or consulting solutioning.Core SkillsStrong analytical thinking and ability to translate business challenges into learning frameworks.Excellent program design and proposal-writing capability.Confident communicator — able to deliver persuasive presentations to senior clients.Collaborative and agile mindset; comfortable working cross-functionally.Proficiency in digital tools (LMS, CRM, Notion, Trello, or similar).Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
