This role offers the opportunity to champion inclusive education practices across Years 7 to 12, supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth through a dynamic, evidence-based approach.Responsibilities IncludeManage and coordinate the delivery of high-quality advice and support through the Special Education Program.Lead and manage the Special Education team to provide expert guidance to classroom teachers in supporting students with disability.Provide high-level advice to the college leadership team, teachers, and staff to develop, plan, and implement effective reasonable adjustments for students with disability.Coordinate and deliver targeted, intensive teaching and intervention for students requiring additional support.Please refer to the Role Description for the full list of responsibilities.The Perfect FitYou will demonstrate strong leadership in inclusive education, data-informed decision-making, and staff capability building.
