Head of Spot, Digital Assets

About the Role:You will own the entire spot trading ecosystem, from commercial strategy and risk management to platform development and team leadership. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of the trading platform and solidifying our position as a leader in the digital asset space.Key Responsibilities:Platform & Product Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the roadmap for our proprietary crypto spot trading platform, focusing on enhancing liquidity, performance, and user experience.Market Making & Risk Management: Oversee all spot market-making activities, developing and implementing sophisticated models to manage associated risks and optimize profitability.Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of traders and developers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.Requirements:Minimum 8 years of professional experience in market making, with a proven track record in a sell-side institution (bank or similar), specifically trading EMFX or related asset classes.Demonstrable, hands-on experience in the development and enhancement of electronic trading platforms.
