The Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) is unapologetic about their position as a regulator. You will lead stakeholder engagement, build trust, strengthen partnerships and shape Queensland’s building and construction industry. Drive end-to-end stakeholder and engagement strategies, position the QBCC as a trusted partner and unapologetic regulator and champion transparency, relationships and customer focus. Establish and lead a high-performing division that is the Commission’s central interface with industry, consumers, government and media. This role is central to supporting the broader business and will be vital inThe Role WillShape and deliver the QBCC's stakeholder engagement and communications strategyBuild proactive, transparent relationships with industry, government, consumers and mediaOversee the voice-of-customer, ensuring insights drive service and policy improvementLead transparent, timely management of feedback, complaints and media responsesStrenthen the QBCC's reputation through innovative education, events and engagement programsChampiona customer-centric culture, aligning engagement channels and driving consistency across the organisationThis is not just about managing communication.
