You will shape and drive the successful alignment of two sizeable organisations, ensuring that value capture, cost efficiencies, and operational improvements are realised across the short, medium, and long term. Working closely with a highly capable leadership team, you will have the autonomy and authority to influence decisions at the highest level while leading both strategic and hands-on delivery activities. Proven track record in leading large-scale post-merger integration projects10+ yearsβ experience in senior transformation, programme management, or operational leadership rolesBackground in materials, commodities, industrial, or related sectors strongly preferredExperience delivering headcount, procurement, and energy cost efficienciesStrong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills, including C-suite interactionResilience, decisiveness, and the ability to thrive under pressureRole and Reporting LinesReporting directly to the Group CFO, you will:
