We’re seeking a visionary leader to drive strategic growth across the hospital and aged care sectors—starting in NSW, with a bold ambition to expand nationally.This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of healthcare sales in Australia, build a high-performing team, and lead engagement with some of the most influential accounts in the industry.About The RoleAs Head of Strategic National Accounts & Channel Development – Hospitals & Aged Care, you will:Lead and grow the NSW Hospital and Aged Care BDM team Develop and execute strategic sales plans across hospital and aged care channels Manage key relationships with government accounts, procurement managers, distributors, and clinical stakeholders Collaborate cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities and optimise the customer journey Represent Novis at industry events and provide market insights to senior leadership You’ll work closely with our Contracts & Pricing Manager to convert opportunities within contracted hospitals and aged care facilities into tangible sales outcomes.What You’ll BringEssential Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business, Health Sciences, or related field Proven success in healthcare sales and key account management Strong understanding of hospital and aged care procurement processes Experience leading sales teams and driving commercial growth Familiarity with government frameworks (NDIS, DVA, state health contracts) Desirable Clinical background or experience in assistive technology Knowledge of SAP, CRM systems, and TGA compliance Core Competencies Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen Excellent communicator and relationship builder Skilled in coaching and developing high-performing teams Organised, detail-oriented, and collaborative Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentWhy Novis?
