Head of Strategic Partnerships & Legal Operations

OverviewA frontier blockchain venture — one of only five globally operating at the leading edge of on-chain vault innovation — is expanding its leadership team. Having achieved clear product-market fit through the design and management of yield-generating vault strategies across protocols such as Morpho, IPOR, and Euler, the team now manages over $100M in assets and is scaling rapidly through institutional and fintech partnerships.We are seeking a highly capable individual to lead the next phase of growth — connecting traditional finance (TradFi) and fintech ecosystems with decentralized vault infrastructure, and enabling broader access to yield in stablecoins (USD, EUR, and others).The RoleThis role sits at the intersection of legal structuring, business development, and strategic partnerships. You will work directly with the founding team to develop frameworks, partnerships, and integrations that bridge blockchain-native vault products with established fintech and TradFi platforms.You will play a critical role in shaping how institutional and retail users engage with DeFi yield, ensuring compliance, operational robustness, and seamless onboarding for fintechs and financial institutions.Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and structure partnerships with fintechs, exchanges, and TradFi institutions to integrate on-chain vaults into their offerings.Legal & Regulatory Structuring: Work with counsel and regulators to ensure compliant pathways for fiat-to-yield integrations (USD, EUR, and other stablecoins).Operational Execution: Build the frameworks, processes, and documentation required to onboard partners efficiently and securely.Strategic Scaling: Support the growth of on-chain AUM (currently $100M+) through institutional channels, targeting a doubling of managed assets within the next 6–9 months.Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and treasury teams to ensure technical feasibility, risk management, and commercial success.Communication & Stakeholder Management: Act as the external-facing representative for fintech and TradFi partners, articulating complex concepts simply and persuasively.Ideal ProfileProven experience in fintech partnerships, financial infrastructure, or legal operations — ideally with exposure to blockchain or DeFi.Strong understanding of vault mechanisms, yield strategies, and on-chain financial primitives.Deep familiarity with the intersection of TradFi and crypto regulation, including AML/KYC and custody frameworks.Track record of taking complex legal or technical products to market through partnerships.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging both legal and technical stakeholders.Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-first mindset.Why JoinThis is a rare opportunity to help define how the next wave of fintechs and institutions access DeFi yield.
