QualificationLead the ideation of new product , infrastructure development and solution with sufficient understanding of current business and market and potential trends in payment system industryTranslate business strategies into tangible solutions with a designated timeline for all phases of the product’s lifecycle, e . design, prototype development, launch, and executionMonitor budgeting and demand forecasting for potential solutions to ensure profitability of solutionsManage solution development, including supervision of technical built and management of resources to ensure timely product deliveryAnalyze the organization’s current product line in order to define gaps that may be filled by new products in the portfolioMonitor the assessment and research of the current market, industry trends, and new technologies in order to generate ideas f or product developmentCoordinate the analysis of customer needs and demands in order to make strategic decisions regarding product roll outDrive a mindset of design thinking across the team in order to develop innovative productsMonitor the assessment of risks in the product life cycle such as unexpected events/ delays and develop backup plans/ strategies to mitigate the risksEffectively communicate an understanding of the organization’s products as well as their bene fits to customers and other stakeholdersSupport the AMD by providing relevant advice, guidance, and briefings on a range of mattersExperience At least 15 years’ experience working in solution architect, software architect, IT architect, enterprise architect Experience or related fieldsManagement experience related to innovation & solution architect or system enhancement in at least 15 small, mid size, or large projectsProven ability to align technical architecture with business strategy, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of solutions.Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under complex environments.
