Head of Strategy & Analytics (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Head of Strategy & Analytics to lead Numa’s strategic decision-making and analytics agenda. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will play a critical role in property underwriting, expansion strategy, M&A analysis, and commercial insights. You will lead a growing team of analysts, present findings to our Investment Committee and Board, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth. What You’ll Do Lead and grow a team of Business/Data Analysts, ensuring speed and accuracy in insights.Head the RevPAR underwriting process for new expansion properties, continuously improving our underwriting engine. Present well-argued positions on expansion opportunities at Investment Committee meetings.Partner with the Real Estate team on market expansion strategy, including competitor benchmarking and market analysis. Analyse existing property performance and identify improvement levers. Play a key role in M&A due diligence (revenue underwriting, market analysis, integration support). Work with Commercial teams (Revenue, Distribution, Marketing, Sales) to identify analytics gaps to then deliver reports and actionable insights. Collaborate with Operations and Product to optimise Numa’s product offering and business model. Prepare performance updates for investors and support Board reporting. What We’re Looking For 4+ years’ experience in startups, consulting, strategy, analytics, investment, or corporate development. Proven analytical expertise in underwriting, performance forecasting or financial modelling. Strong experience with market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and investment evaluation.Skilled at presenting to executives, boards, or investment committees. Leadership experience managing strategy or analytics teams.
