Head of Strategy Communications

A senior communication leader, you will have a key role in developing and leading KONE’s strategy communications with key focus on driving thought leadership in sustainability and innovations and creating engagement. You will be working closely with our strategy and business leaders, and with your colleagues in the communications organization globally to plan and execute impactful communications, and to coach our leaders and other internal stakeholders in communicating the KONE story. In this role, you will also provide support in change communications, quarterly financial results, and other areas of corporate communication as need be.What you’ll deliver Lead strategy communications and thought leadership on sustainability and innovations at KONE global, collaborate closely with our global and local stakeholders and teamsAct as a senior communications consultant and facilitate alignment with our internal stakeholdersDrive and communicate the KONE strategy and thought leadership across our channelsRepresent communications in sustainability and innovation related decision forums at KONEActively build the KONE brand and protect the organization’s reputationProvide support in global change communications, quarterly results and special projectsWhat you’ll bringMinimum 10 years of work experience with a focus on strategic communications in a multinational or listed company environmentAt least 5 years’ experience in leading comms initiatives and programs in multicultural and global environmentsStrong experience in strategy communicationsA solid understanding of business performance, objectives, and strategy directionProven track record in managing change communication and financial/investor-related messagingExcellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with C-suite executives and cross-functional teamsAbility to operate under pressure, managing multiple priorities with agility What can we offer you?Our mission is to improve the flow of urban life.
