Our Hub Head of Delivery will have overall responsibility for all output, overseeing Production for global teams across multiple disciplines. Strong technical knowledge will enable you to succeed as you will deliver quality at scale and build a positive, inclusive environment where individuals can thrive and do their best work.In a fast-paced environment, the Hub Head of Delivery will be calm and adept at reacting quickly to changing needs. Working closely with Global Delivery Leadership teams including SMEs, Production Directors and Operations to deliver excellence. Projects will range in scale and complexity - ability to adapt to these requirements is essential to our success.Responsibilities:Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of all output from the Hub, delivering the best quality production at every stage.Leadership - lead, train and motivate Hub delivery teams to ensure output is inline with industry standardsCommunication - Senior stakeholder contact for GEO delivery teams, responsible for relationship health between Hub and GEO studiosResourcing - ensure resourcing requirements are inline with delivery needs whilst driving productivity and Ensure resource is future facing and able to adapt to short and long term needsAlignment - drive consistency in all production processes, promoting cross-training and utilisationPlanning - expert resourcing against scope requirements, ensuring the right talent for the jobOptimisation - proactively drive production efficiency inline within our business needs, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are continuously Partner with SMEs and Production Leadership to drive improvements and deliver optimisation.Innovation - implement and deliver global innovation programs at Hub delivery levelReporting - Working with the Hub Operations Lead and wider teams using data and insight to drive improvements and efficienciesSolutions focused - Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders on recommendations and solutions as part of planning, briefing and overall Understand priorities and define viable approaches to deliver against these, removing barriers and finding solutionsRisk Management - Identify and mitigate Directly intervene and manage the recovery plan whenever requiredRequirementsStrong leadership skills, managing a studio team servicing multiple stakeholdersExtensive studio production experience producing localized campaignsIn-depth technical knowledge of print, colour retouching, and digital artwork production processes and best practices using Adobe suiteKnowledge of image and production-specific needs for image reproduction; including website builds, HTML, POS, Motion Graphics and email marketingFlexible, creative, solution-oriented individual with extensive experience in campaign deliveryExperience building and delivering effective training programsAble to use metrics, data and insights to drive efficiency and best practiceHiring manager Able to brief recruitment partners and identify the best talent in marketExcellent communication skills, written and verbalAttention to detail, analytical thinking ability and passion for the work are essentialA hands-on, can-do approach to solving problemsThe ability to prioritize and work quickly and efficiently within very tight time framesOur Hogarth Values:Hands onNo egos here.
