DJRECRUIT ASIAWe are headquartered in Hong Kong and operate in Vietnam, overseeing recruitment efforts within the APAC region.OUR CLIENTA leading fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company with nationwide operations and a strong focus on retail and distribution excellence. They are looking for a Head of Supply Chain to lead the end-to-end supply chain for consumer products. This role will own planning through execution – ensuring availability, freshness, service level, and cost-to-serve across a multi-site network and multi-channel distribution model.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute the overall supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans.Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain functions including procurement, supply planning, logistics, and supply chain optimization.Drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure effective demand planning, supply alignment, and inventory management.Manage and optimize relationships with key suppliers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.Improve demand forecasting accuracy and ensure high customer service levels across the supply chain.Implement supply chain cost optimization initiatives, including logistics cost reduction and total cost of ownership (TCO) improvement.Define, monitor, and report supply chain KPIs linked to operational performance and financial outcomes.Lead and develop supply chain leadership teams across multiple functions and locations.Establish supply chain risk management frameworks and drive business continuity and resilience planning.Partner closely with finance and other cross-functional teams to manage budgeting, cost control, and supply chain financial forecasting.Drive supplier collaboration strategies and support make-or-buy decisions and supply base development.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and supply chain best practices across all operations.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles within manufacturing environments.Strong experience across procurement, supply planning, logistics, and supply chain strategy.Proven experience managing complex supply chain operations across multiple locations.Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and supplier relationship management skills.Strategic mindset with the ability to drive operational improvements, cost efficiency, and business transformation initiatives.If you are interested in this role, please send your CV or any inquiries to jobs@djrecruit.com
