Head of Supply Chain, Purchasing & LogisticsiO Associates is currently partnered with an aerospace client that is seeking a Head of Supply Chain, Purchasing and Logistics to lead and manage the supply chain management, purchasing, and logistics activities of a next-generation new aircraft program. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of aviation from the ground up.As part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team, you'll be responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier management, procurement, inventory control, and logistics within the aerospace industry.Requirements:10+ years in supply chain, purchasing, and logistics in the aerospace industry.Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and ERP proficiency.French: B2 level or above; English fluency required.Responsibilities:Define and execute supply chain strategy aligned with program goals.Lead procurement, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.Manage inventory and materials planning to meet production needs.Oversee logistics operations, transportation, and compliance with international regulations.Drive quality assurance and supplier audits.Build and mentor a high-performing team and foster continuous improvement.
