It’s all about stability, adaptability, and relentlessly raising the bar for customer satisfaction.About The RoleAs our Head of Supply Chain Operations, you’ll oversee the complete fulfilment journey for one of Dyson’s most important markets. You’ll be responsible for making sure our products move smoothly from origin to customers, with a relentless focus on operational reliability, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Acting as the local face of supply chain, you’ll collaborate closely with commercial, finance, and external partners, as well as lead a team focused on day-to-day excellence. Success in this role means stable fulfilment, strong stakeholder trust, and the ability to anticipate risks and act fast.Take charge of the complete supply chain operation for the Turkey. Own and lead the 360° supply chain process — from planning and logistics to order management and service coordination — ensuring product availability, optimal inventory levels, and seamless order fulfilment.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with commercial, finance, and operations teams to align supply plans, inventory targets, and sales forecasts.Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations (supply planning, logistics, order desk) for Amazon, MSH, and other regional partners.Develop and optimize short- and long-term planning strategies to meet business needs and market demand across the cluster.Ensure timely, cost-efficient product movement from warehouse to customer, managing transport, warehousing, and last-mile performance.Lead and support a shared DBS team handling order processing, customer queries, and issue resolution.Track, analyse, and report on supply chain KPIs (fill rate, OTIF, stock health), using data to drive continuous improvement.Identify inefficiencies, recommend, and implement improvements across systems, processes, and workflows.Ensure adherence to regional regulatory and customer requirements; proactively manage risks in supply and logistics.About YouAt least ten years’ experience in supply chain execution, customer fulfilment, or logistics operations Proven track record managing service delivery via outsourced partners (e.g., order management, origin logistics, warehousing, last-mile delivery) Confident representing supply chain interests in a commercial market Strong knowledge of end-to-end fulfilment and planning integration Skilled communicator, comfortable engaging cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders Structured, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability setting Experience leading and developing operational teams Committed to continuous improvement and operational agility RewardAt Dyson, Reward goes beyond just salary and bonuses.
